WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
By submitting your booking for a test drive of an electric kick scooter with City Green Rider (www.citygreenrider.com), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risk
You understand that riding an electric kick scooter involves risks, including loss of control, accidents, and injuries.
Assumption of Responsibility
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may result from your participation in the test drive.
Waiver of Liability
You release, waive, and discharge City Green Rider, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer during the test drive, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Protective Gear Requirement
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to wear appropriate protective gear, including a DOT-approved helmet, gloves, and protective pads. You accept the risk of injury for not wearing protective gear.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver of liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
